Pre-orders

We offer pre-orders for selected products before they officially go on sale. This allows customers to reserve their desired items in advance, ensuring they are among the first to receive them upon release. Pre-orders are especially popular for highly anticipated products.

Warranty Period

Requesting a Warranty Replacement or Repair Service

During the warranty period, please contact our customer service at service@ikoolcore.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include a detailed description of the problem you have encountered.

Cancelling, Returning, or Requesting a Refund

To cancel, return, or request a refund, contact our customer service at service@ikoolcore.com with your order number and reason for the return. Ensure the product is securely packaged. The item must be in the same condition as when received and include all original packaging, accessories, certificates, manuals, warranty cards, and any bonus items.

14-Day No-Condition Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product remains in brand-new condition, we can arrange a partial refund. This refund will include the item price minus shipping costs, with you being responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties. If the item was plastic-sealed upon receipt, it must remain sealed. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for return authorization, as confirmed by shipping tracking history.

For returned items, we apply a 10% restocking fee, 10% for logistics expenses, 20% VAT tax (applicable to EU countries, 13% for other countries), and 20% for import duties for returning products to China. This totals 53%-60% of the order value, so please note that this represents a significant loss for buyers.

Undelivered Packages After 30 Days

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a delay exceeding 30 days in the delivery of your package. If you purchased Seel's package delay delivery compensation or insurance, you can seek compensation or reimbursement directly through our website. If you did not opt for Seel's Green Shipping Protection, contact us via the form on our website or email us at service@ikoolcore.com. We will promptly investigate and address the delay.
